Auction Policy

Bidding information:

In order to participate, you need a valid address/phone number registered into your account
Bids are in Emirati Dirhams (1 AED = ±0.27 USD)
Only bidders residing in GCC countries are allowed to participate
Bidding is in increments of 10 AED from 0 till 1000 and in increments of 50 AED from 1000 AED onwards
Bidders residing in the UAE pay upon delivery and bidders from around the world pay through bank transfers
Cost of delivery is 17 AED within the UAE & 110 AED to the rest of the world with the customer bearing all customs & import charges
An administrative fee of 15 AED is applied on buyers per lot
You will be notified by Email & App notifications in case you got overbid
Winners are required to settle pending invoices within 14 calendar days of auction end
We have a zero-tolerance policy for unpaid items, and reserve the right to cancel won lots & ban bidders in case of non-compliance
