المزاد مفتوح لجميع المزايدين حول العالم.

 

تكاليف التوصيل:

تبلغ تكاليف التوصيل 110 درهم (30 دولارًا) للطلبات الدولية. بالنسبة للعملاء داخل الإمارات، تبلغ تكاليف التوصيل 17 درهمًا.

 

المزايدة:

تكون الزيادات على النحو التالي:

من 0 إلى 1000: زيادات بمقدار 10 دراهم.

أعلى من 1000: زيادات بمقدار 50 درهمًا.

 

خيارات الدفع:

بالنسبة للعملاء الدوليين:

تحويل بنكي.

بطاقة ائتمان.

بالنسبة للعملاء المقيمين في الإمارات:

تحويل بنكي.

بطاقة ائتمان.

الدفع عند الاستلام.

 

سياسة الإرجاع:

القطع غير قابلة للإرجاع تحت أي ظرف من الظروف، ما لم يكن هناك تمثيل واضح وغير مبهم في قائمة القطع في المزاد. لا يُعتبر الأخطاء البشرية والكتابية أسبابًا للإرجاع.

 

شروط الدفع:

يجب أن يتم الدفع خلال 14 يومًا تقويميًا من تاريخ المزاد لضمان التسوية السريعة مع المودعين.

 

إشعارات المزايدة:

ستتلقى إشعارات بالمزايدات الزائدة عبر البريد الإلكتروني وإشعارات التطبيق إذا كان لديك التطبيق مثبتًا.

 

مسؤولية الدفع:

يوافق العملاء على تحمل جميع الرسوم المرتبطة بالتحويل البنكي أو بطاقة الائتمان.

من خلال المشاركة في مزادنا، يوافق العملاء على الالتزام بالشروط والأحكام المذكورة أعلاه. تقع على عاتق العميل مسؤولية بذل العناية الواجبة وقراءة وصف كل قطعة بعناية قبل تقديم المزايدات..

Auction Policy:

  1. Participation:

    • The auction is open to all international bidders.

  2. Delivery Costs:

    • Delivery costs amount to 110 dirhams (30 USD) for international orders.
    • For clients within the UAE, delivery costs are 17 dirhams.

  3. Bidding Increments:

    • Bidding increments are as follows:
      • From 0 to 1000: Increments of 10 dirhams.
      • Above 1000: Increments of 50 dirhams.

  4. Payment Options:

    • For international clients:

      • Bank transfer.
      • Credit card.

    • For clients residing in the UAE:

      • Bank transfer.
      • Credit card.
      • Cash on delivery.

  5. Return Policy:

    • Lots are not returnable under any circumstances, unless there is clear and unambiguous misrepresentation in the auction lot listing.
    • Human and clerical errors are not considered grounds for return.

  6. Payment Terms:

    • Payment is due within 14 calendar days from the date of auction to ensure quick settlement with consignors.

  7. Bid Notifications:

    • You will receive notifications of overbids via email and app notifications if you have the app installed.

  8. Payment Responsibility:

    • Customers agree to bear all charges associated with bank transfer or credit card payments.

By participating in our auction, customers agree to adhere to the terms and conditions outlined above. It is the customer’s responsibility to do their due diligence & carefully read every lot’s description before placing bids.
